Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and parts included with the product must be returned to qualify for a full refund.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, we may not be able to process your return unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Unused, unopened products: Eligible for full refund or exchange
- Used products: Only eligible if defective (subject to inspection)
- Damaged/defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Return Process
Initiating a return is simple. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and the RA number.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
Refund Options
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we offer the following refund options:
- Full refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5-7 business days)
- Store credit for the full purchase amount (no expiration date)
- Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value (difference refunded if applicable)
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or order error. Store credit can be used for any future purchases on our website and does not incur any additional fees.

Defective & Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund, exchange, or repair at no additional charge. To qualify:
- Report the defect/damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
- Return the item with all original parts and packaging
- Allow our team to inspect the item to confirm the defect
For defective items outside the 30-day return window, please refer to our warranty policy. Most Forgeontools products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period.
Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless defective. These include:
- Custom or personalized tool sets
- Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging or missing parts/accessories
Exceptions may be made in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors. Our customer service team will review each request on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or appear to be misused.
Please note that shipping costs for international returns are non-refundable, and customs duties/taxes cannot be reimbursed.
